1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every purchase from talika.com comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee, beginning on the day your order is delivered. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may request a refund or exchange within this 30-day period.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, contact our Customer Service team at contact@talika.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond with return instructions and a return authorization within 2 business days.
- Returns must be postmarked within 7 business days of the date that return instructions were provided.
- Any free items, samples, or gifts that were included with your order must be returned alongside the product to receive a full refund.
- You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while in your possession. We may deduct any amount reflecting deterioration caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
3. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs and any related fees are the responsibility of the customer, except where the product was delivered damaged or defective (see Section 5). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance — we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment used to place the order. We are unable to refund to a different card or account.
Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, the refund may take up to one additional billing cycle to appear on your statement. Returns processed during or shortly after the holiday season may require longer processing times.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If any product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@talika.com within the 30-day money-back guarantee timeframe with photos of the issue and your order number.
For damaged or defective items, you may choose between:
- A full refund of the product price, including original shipping charges, or
- A free replacement, with return shipping covered by us via a prepaid label.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, products that have been used beyond what is necessary to inspect them, or that have been opened in a manner that compromises their integrity, may not be eligible for a refund. Gift cards, free samples, and final-sale items are non-refundable.
7. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by emailing contact@talika.com. Once an order has shipped, the standard return process applies.
8. Promotional Codes and Bundles
If your return brings the order total below the threshold required for a promotional discount, free shipping, or free gift, the value of that promotion may be deducted from your refund or the free gift may be required to be returned with the order.
9. Statutory Rights
This Refund Policy is provided in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws of your state of residence. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
