Shipping policy

1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as U.S. territories. We do not currently offer international shipping from talika.com.
2. Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on all orders over $150 (after discounts, before tax).
- Standard shipping rates for orders below the free-shipping threshold are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order.
- Sales tax is calculated at checkout in accordance with the laws of your state.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order they are received. We aim to ship every order within 2 business days of receipt, although processing times may be longer during peak periods (holiday season, promotions, new product launches).
Orders placed during weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed on the next available business day.
4. Delivery Times
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days for standard delivery within the continental United States. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take 7 to 14 business days.
Estimated delivery times are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Talika is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs (where applicable), or other circumstances outside our control.
5. Carriers
Talika orders are shipped via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier and service level are selected based on your destination and the size of your order.
6. Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the confirmation for tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbors, building manager, or local post office, and verify the shipping address you provided.
If you still cannot locate the package, contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date at contact@talika.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to investigate. Talika is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery, but we will assist you in opening a claim with the carrier where possible.
8. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@talika.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
9. Address Changes and Failed Delivery
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We can only update an address before the order has been shipped — please email us as soon as possible if a change is needed.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping at your expense, or to issue a refund of the product price (excluding original and return shipping costs).
10. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (U.S. Territories)
Orders shipped to U.S. territories may be subject to local taxes, duties, or fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping charges.
